Bryan Shahan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Petrus Trust Company and VP Finance for Petrus Asset Management Company.

Prior to joining Perot in 2003, Bryan worked for six years in public accounting in the audit practice at Ernst & Young LLP in Dallas with a focus on investment companies and hedge fund clients.

Bryan earned his MPA and BBA degrees from The University of Texas at Austin in 1997. He is a CPA in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his spare time, Bryan enjoys spending time with family, especially outdoors in the Texas Hill Country, hunting, fishing and working at the family ranch. Locally, he enjoys serving as the President of his neighborhood association that sponsors neighborhood activities including social events, park and creek clean-ups, neighborhood improvement projects and keeps open communication lines with city leaders.
