Melissa Huber is a Senior Paralegal and assists the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at the firm.

Prior to joining Perot in 2021, Melissa worked as a senior paralegal in a Dallas family office and registered investment advisor working the General Counsel for 24 years and has experience with private equity and real estate investment funds, acquisitions, financings and corporate structures and restructures. Melissa’s experience also includes six years as a transactional paralegal at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Dallas.

Melissa graduated from Baylor University and holds dual BA degrees in History and French.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys travelling, theater, taking all kinds of classes and really bad dad jokes.
